Utility Equipment Operator

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Utility Equipment Operator Shift: 2nd, (3pm-11:30pm)Pay: $23-$24/hr (Based on experience) The company wants to add asecond shift machine operator to produce high quality medical andnon-medical products while achieving tight tolerances to meet customerspecifications. Working together as a team, the machine operatorutilizes their knowledge & creativity to problem solve the mosteffective manufacturing methods. Job Description: Operate variousproduction equipment- Spooler- Slitter- PIC and rewinder machines. Read,analyze & interpret customers' drawings, measurements & tolerancesincluding blueprints & job tickets Produce dimensionally accuratemedical & non-medical products Laminate multiple materials & adhesivesSet-up & insert rotary dies Adjust speed, tension, & alignment asnecessary to ensure quality product Adjust gear ratios & re-registrationwithin the press Performs inspection to ensure product meets stringentquality standards & customer specifications Qualification: High Schooldiploma or equivalent Strong mechanical aptitude & mathematical skillsAbility to multi-task with strong problem-solving skills Computercompetency Impeccable attention to detail & accuracy with high level ofquality consciousness Ability to collaborate with coworkers & customersduring problem-solving practices Patience when confronted withproduction challenges Ability to lift 50# General knowledge of rotarydie cutting a plus OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: JobDescription: Operate various production equipment- Spooler- Slitter- PICand rewinder machines.
