Project Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS: SUMMARY Mortenson is currently seeking a ProjectManager to lead project quality, timeliness, and safety while mentoringthe team. This role also involves developing and enhancing customerrelationships through excellent service. This position offersopportunities at both levels 1 and 2, allowing candidates to apply basedon their experience and qualifications. Compensation for this role isdetermined based on factors such as experience and location.RESPONSIBILITIES Manage overall financial health of projects includingsubcontracts and suppliers Develop and maintain project financialprojections and allocate project estimate into financial systemDetermine cost codes, approve invoices, and provide financials andbillings to Accounting for timely payment Create monthly owner billingsand handle billings and contract management including contract buyoutsOversee budget for and make selections of trade partners and suppliersLead/Manage Assistant Project Manager(s) and Project Engineer(s),provide job assignments, and facilitate/manage career developmentApprove timecards for on-site team members and provide ongoing feedbackof work performance Function as the main point of contact with the ownerand on-site representative, assist with the review of the owneragreement, and resolve site concerns Execute/Manage change orders,determine when to submit to the owner or on-site representatives, andobtain the customer/architect's approval Maintain schedule and budgetuntil project completion, provide high level management of quality,risk, safety, and compliance, and build relationships with diversebackgrounds and organizational levels QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degreein construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering or ConstructionManagement, or equivalent experience Current driver's license Provenability to fulfill all responsibilities for complex projects Detailorientation sufficient to organize and manage multiple project tasksBasic understanding of construction law and generally accepted businesspractices Intermediate Microsoft Office, project, and pertinent webapplication skills Ability to interpret and communicate Mortensonpolicies Active listening skills and effective communication includingopenness to diverse input and feedback Knowledge of Equal EmploymentOpportunity, inclusive behaviors, and Affirmative Action plans and theirintended use PROJECT MANAGER 1: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Six years ofconstruction management or related experience The base pay range forthis role is $110,700 - $166,100 PROJECT MANAGER 2: MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS: Seven years of construction management or relatedexperience with large projects ($20M+) The base pay range for this roleis $128,300 - $192,500 (Actual range is higher for the following...For full info follow application link.
