JOB REQUIREMENTS: The FP&A Analyst II at Regal Rexnord's Milwaukee HQis a key member of the Commercial Gearing Finance team within theIndustrial Powertrain Solutions Segment, reporting directly to theCommercial Gearing Finance Director. This role supports comprehensivefinancial planning, reporting, and analysis for the Commercial GearingBusiness Unit, serving as a strategic partner to both site operationsand corporate teams. By leveraging data and analytics, the analystdelivers actionable business insights, drives process improvements andenhances decision-making through clear and effective communication. KeyResponsibilities Partner with the Commercial Gearing Finance Director todeliver insightful analysis and reporting to Business Unit, Division &Senior Leadership. Lead the development, consolidation and delivery ofmonthly performance reports featuring critical financial metrics,results, and variance analysis. Collaborate with site operations andcorporate teams to optimize monthly forecasting / annual budgetingprocesses while driving cross-functional alignment and robust analysis.Engage with site operations teams to monitor and report daily say/doperformance and key operational KPIs. Leverage advanced analytical toolsand systems knowledge to organize large datasets, transforming complexinformation into clear, data-driven recommendations. Analyze P&L andworking capital trends to help identify risks and opportunities whileproposing actions to optimize financial performance. Support ad hocfinancial and strategic project work. Support internal control processesto ensure compliance with statutory regulations and Regal Rexnordaccounting policies.
