Job Description: Rite-Hite is looking for a Global EHS Programsand Systems Manager to lead the advancement of our global environmental,health, and safety strategy. In this role, you will develop andimplement global EHS programs, digital systems, and performance metricsthat drive compliance, consistency, and continuous improvement acrossour worldwide operations. You'll partner closely with EHS leaders,operations, IT, and corporate teams to equip our facilities and fieldteams with world-class tools, processes, and data that strengthen riskmanagement and safety culture across the globe. This role operates in ahybrid environment with regular collaboration at Rite-Hite's locations.Periodic travel to domestic and international sites is required foraudits, program rollouts, and system implementation. ESSENTIALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, maintain, and deploy global EHSprograms and policies aligned with Rite-Hite's strategic goals, ISOstandards, and regional regulations. Lead program harmonization acrossbusiness units and geographies to ensure consistent global standardswhile allowing for local adaptation. Manage governance reviews, audits,and management systems documentation. Serve as the global owner forRite-Hite's EHS management system (Applications International). Overseesystem configuration, data governance, workflow standardization, anduser support. Develop analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools tomeasure performance and support business decisions. Establish and trackkey performance indicators (KPIs) for safety, environmental, andcompliance outcomes.
