As a result of continuedgrowth, we are looking for a motivated Quality Engineer to join ourgrowing team. Please note this position is 100% onsite. Job Summary: Weare seeking a proactive and detail-orientedQuality Engineerto drivecontinuous improvement initiatives and ensure product and processquality in our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have astrong background in quality systems, root cause analysis, and leanmanufacturing principles, with a passion for solving problems andimproving performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supportQualityimprovement projectsacross manufacturing processes to reduce internaldefects, supplier defects, customer quality escapes, and enhancecustomer satisfaction. Conductroot cause analysisand implementcorrectiveand preventive actions (CAPA)for internal and external quality issues.Develop and maintainquality documentation, including control plans,inspection instructions, and standard operating procedures. Collaboratewith cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, Supply Chain) toensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.Performdata analysison quality metrics and present findings tomanagement with actionable recommendations. Supportinternal and externalaudits, including ISO 9001 or other relevant standards as needed Monitorand improvesupplier quality performancethrough audits and correctiveactions as needed Train and mentor production staff on qualitystandards, tools and best practices. Travel between 3 sites within acommuting distance of 5 miles. Qualifications: Associate or bachelor'sdegree in engineering, Quality, or a related field. 3+ years ofexperience in a manufacturing quality improvement role. Strong knowledgeofquality toolssuch as APQP, FMEA, CTQ, SPC, 8D, 5 Why, FishboneAnalysis, Pareto, and control charts. Experience withISO 9001,LeanManufacturing, andSix Sigmamethodologies is a plus. Experience in SheetMetal Fabrication, Welding, Paint and Electrical/Mechanical Assemblyprocesses is a plus. Proficiency in data analysis tools (MS Excel,Minitab, or similar); Experience with ERP...
