JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Summary: Direct Supply is building the futureof healthcare technology with industry-leading products, solutions andplatforms to help improve the lives of millions of seniors and those whocare for them. In the Community Involvement Intern position, you'llhelp bring Direct Supply's community engagement programs to lifethrough hands-on experience in corporate social responsibility (CSR),event coordination, and partner communication. You'll support theplanning, logistics, and promotion of volunteer initiatives andcharitable efforts that make a meaningful impact on our Partners and thebroader community. What You'll Do and Impact: Coordinate logistics fordonation efforts, including organizing item donations from our campus tolocal and national nonprofit partners. Assist with planning andexecuting community events - including setup, teardown, and on-sitesupport during occasional evenings or weekends. Manage supplies, vendorcommunication, and stakeholder collaboration for event logistics. Draftand distribute internal communications to promote volunteeropportunities and charitable campaigns. Serve as a point of contact forincoming inquiries from both Direct Supply Partners and externalorganizations. Research CSR topics such as community engagement, seniorcare resources, and sustainability initiatives. Support charitablecontribution and sponsorship planning and tracking. Upload, manage, andpromote volunteer opportunities through our internal engagementplatform. Collaborate with the Community Involvement and Marketing teamsto keep content fresh across internal platforms, the DS website, andsocial media. Maintain shared calendars, process documentation,inventory of supplies, and branded event materials. Track and reportvolunteer hours, manage post-event surveys, and summarize insights toimprove future initiatives. Experience: Currently pursuing a degree inCommunications, Marketing, Nonprofit...
