JOB REQUIREMENTS: Genesis10 is seeking a Business Analyst for a 12-monthcontract possible conversion to a permanent position with a clientlocated in Milwaukee, WI (preferred) or Madison, WI. Summary: Genesis10is currently seeking a qualified candidate for a Business Analystposition with our client in Milwaukee, WI or Madison, WI. This is ahybrid position, requiring on-site work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.Candidates based in Madison must be willing to commute to Milwaukee attheir own expense once a week. The selected individual will work withthe IT team aligned with Global Investment Banking, focusing primarilyon Salesforce-related projects. The team includes Project Managers,Business Analysts, Salesforce Administrators & Developers, Architects,and QA Analysts. Responsibilities: Elicit and document businessrequirements using interviews, workflow analysis, workshops, andsurveys. Develop business process descriptions, business requirements,use cases, and user stories. Collaborate closely with Salesforce admins,developers, architects, and product owners to define technical visionand analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance. Evaluatepotential solutions against business requirements and financial impactto determine optimal outcomes. Engage with internal and external clientstakeholders throughout the project lifecycle-from requirementsgathering to implementation. Lead and facilitate requirements and dataanalysis sessions. Support quality assurance efforts by collaboratingwith QA and project validation teams. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing(UAT) with business partners and external vendors, ensuring acceptancecriteria are met. Partner with supported business units to defineproject milestones, requirements, and solutions. Manage small to mediumprojects, ensuring the right capabilities and scope are defined forsuccess. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of IT experience, includingat least 3 years of PM or BA experience. Salesforce experience stronglypreferred. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, BusinessAdministration, or Finance preferred. Demonstrated success working inagile environments. Strong understanding of data structures, dataintegration, and data warehousing. Experience writing clear and detailedbusiness requirements, use cases, and user stories. Excellentcommunication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Abilityto influence and lead without formal authority. Highly organized anddetail-oriented, with strong time management and problem-solving skills.Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online,Teams, OneDrive, Office 365) preferred.
