Summary MSOE invitesapplications for a full-time Coordinator of Carter Academy to join ourRaider Center for Academic Success team. The Coordinator of CarterAcademy supports the holistic success of scholars participating in theSummer Bridge Program and the two-year Living Learning Community (LLC)experience. Reporting to the Assistant Director of First YearProgramming & Engagement, the Coordinator serves as the primary SuccessCoach for Carter Scholars, ensuring academic progress and scholarshipcompliance. This role involves managing the logistics of the summerresidential program, overseeing LLC programming, and collaborating withcampus partners and faculty to create a supportive and engaging learningenvironment. Essential Job Functions Program Coordination Lead theplanning, implementation, and logistics of the Summer Bridge program.Oversee programming for the first- and second-year LLC, includingdesigning and delivering community-based and career developmentworkshops. Teach and support Raider Success Course (RSC) courses asneeded. Assist with program communication and marketing efforts,including assisting with recruitment activities. Evaluate and assessprogram effectiveness and recommend improvements. Student SupportProvide holistic, proactive, and personalized success coaching to CarterScholars, supporting academic progress, personal development, andtransition into college life.
