KPMG is currently seeking aDigital Adoption Technical Program Manager to join our Digital Nexustechnology organization.Responsibilities: Serve as the organization'stechnical subject matter expert on the WalkMe platform, providingguidance on solution architecture, integrations, and platformcapabilities while leading the technical development of high-profilesolutions Act as a liaison between business, IT, and vendor partners totranslate requirements into technical solutions, and regularlycommunicate progress, timelines, and resource needs to senior leadershipDesign, implement, document, and maintain WalkMe governance, includingbranding, change management, and best practices to ensure scalability,reliability, and new feature adoption of WalkMe's updates/releasesOversee rigorous QA processes, conduct builder audits, and managetroubleshooting for all key WalkMe implementations to maintain highstandards across the enterprise Lead and mentor a team of technicalDigital Adoption Platform (DAP) builders and analysts, fostering skilldevelopment, promoting collaboration, and ensuring accountability forhigh-quality outcomes Analyze platform usage data to identifyopportunities for enhancement and develop technical documentation andtraining materials to support team and stakeholder enablement Act withintegrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to upholdKPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications: Minimumfive years of recent experience in technical program management, with afocus on digital adoption platforms, systems integrations, or scaledenterprise software...
