They willassist the EHS team by contributing to environmental, sustainability,and safety projects to add direct value to the business. Thispositionwill be based onsite at our South Harbor location in Milwaukee's HarborDistrict. The target start date for this role is Fall 2025 and haspotential to be extended into the summer of 2026. We offer full-timehours during the summer and flexible part-time hours during the academicyear. Key Job Responsibilities Conduct safety inspections and audits.Prepare and deliver safety training. Investigate incidents and developpreventive measures. Research and analyze EHS trends and best practices.Maintain EHS records and track metrics. Participate in EHS meetings anddecision-making. Coordinate emergency response plans. Support EHSinitiatives and projects. Promote a safeand environmental culture.Review and update EHS policies. Additional tasks as required.Qualifications/Requirements Pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree inoccupational health and safety, environmental health and safety,industrial hygiene or similar programs from an accredited college oruniversity. Sophomore, Junior, Senior, or master's level student ingood academic standing. Ability to work independently as well as part ofa team. Excellent organization and personal time management skills,ability to handle multiple tasks. Strong written and verbalcommunication skills. Possess effective problem solving and criticalthinking skills. Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite products(Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Preferred Qualifications Leadershipexperience in organizing or working with groups. Project workexperience. Relevant internship or work experience.
