JOB REQUIREMENTS: Account Executive Owner What you will do Underspecific direction is responsible for the sale of Johnson Controlsservice offerings to owners, primarily at the Director level. Promotethe Johnson Controls value proposition to building owners by providingtechnical solutions and operational expertise. Builds and manages longterm customer relationships/partnerships with target and managedaccounts. Responsible for customer satisfaction. Positions renewableservice agreements as the foundation of managed account relationships.Executes the sales process to cultivate and manage long-termrelationships and seeking out, qualifying and closing new salesopportunities. Obtain and close sales on a monthly basis. Seeks toexpand the depth and breadth of Johnson Controls offerings within anaccount. How you will do it With direction from the supervising manager,sells the Johnson Controls offerings persuasively, persistently andconfidently to building owners at the D-level while reaching optimalprofit levels. Focuses on improving the existing building to allow thebuilding owner to achieve business objectives. Manages ongoing,opportunities particularly focusing on selling services and retrofits.Sells, renews and expands renewable service agreements, includingmulti-year agreements, to both new and existing customers. Buildspartnering relationships with the owner or owner representativesresponsible for the decision-making process to drive the sale of JohnsonControls service offerings. Actively listens, probes and identifiesconcerns. Understands the customer's business and speaks theirlanguage. What we look for Bachelor's degree in business, engineering,or related discipline required. A minimum of six (6) years ofprogressive field sales experience. At least one year successfullyselling HVAC or building automation system service or projects.Demonstrates a commitment to integrity and quality in business.Excellent initiative and interpersonal communications skills.Demonstrated ability to influence account decision makers at key levels.Salary Range: HIRING SALARY RANGE: $70-110k (Salary to be determined bythe education, experience,knowledge, skills, and abilities of theapplicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)Thisrole also offers a competitive Sales Incentive Plan...
