JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Summary: The Inventory Optimization Analystis responsible for analyzing, modeling, and improving inventorymanagement processes to ensure optimal stock levels across the supplychain. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams toidentify inefficiencies, forecast demand, and implement strategies toreduce costs while maintaining service levels. Responsibilities Analyzecurrent inventory levels and turnover rates to identify opportunitiesfor optimization. Help in implementing inventory optimization strategiesto minimize excess stock, reduce costs and improve Inventory Health.Support the seamless interaction of purchasing and materials managementto resolve gaps between supply capabilities and production plans.Process audit of safety stock, reorder point, lead times and lot size toensure timely update of the system. Execute and adjust inventoryparameters such as reorder points, safety stock levels, lot size andlead times to each ERP. Perform root cause analysis on inventorydiscrepancies, stockout and overstock situations, providing actionablerecommendations for improvement that directly impacts the InventoryHealth. Generate and analyze reports on inventory performance, includingkey metrics such as DIO, ITO and carrying costs. Develop and maintainrelationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on inventorygoals and performance goals. Identifies continuous improvementopportunities and strategies for inventory management in accordance withthe goals and compliance requirements of Regal Rexnord Sales Offices(same day shipping, delivery expectations, seasonal variations, and bestcustomer experience). Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business,accounting, finance or related Supply Chain required. 5-7yearsExperience in Materials Management utilizing SAP required. Oracleand other ERP experience would be a plus. Previous experience workingfor a manufacturing company preferred Experience with deep financialanalytics using large data sets and reporting skills desired. Experiencewith tools such as Microsoft Project, Office, SharePoint, ERP.(SAP/Oracle), Planning Tools (Demantra), and Analytical Dashboards(Power BI) desired. Knowledge of lean tools and mindset to drive forcontinuous improvement desired. Travel: Up to 35% Domestic andInternational travel is required for this position Salary: ExpectedSalary Range: $80,000-90,000 The salary range provided is intended todisplay the value of the company's base pay compensation for allstatewide locations across the United States.
