And ifthat's you we would love to have you join us Job Description TheSenior Financial Analyst - Financial Reporting is an important part ofthe team that serves as our experts in consolidated U.S. GAAP accountingand reporting and that helps solve global accounting issues. The SeniorFinancial Analyst has a high level of visibility to finance leadershipand works with peers and senior leadership in headquarters, business,regional, and functional organizations and with internal and externalauditors. The Senior Financial Analyst reports directly to the ESG andFinancial Reporting Controller and works with other members of theGlobal Finance Organization. External Financial Reporting: Prepareportions of quarterly (Form 10-Q) and annual (Form 10-K) reports filedwith the Securities and Exchange Commission Assist Investor Relationswith preparation of quarterly earnings release documents Respond toinquiries from internal and external auditors during the quarterlyreview and annual audit process Monthly accounting and reporting:Prepare sections of the monthly financial reporting package, includingthe statement of cash flows, balance sheet, earnings per share, andsales by destination report, which are distributed to senior managementAnalyze information submitted by departments and locations and askquestions to ensure completeness and accuracy Other: Research complexaccounting issues, including assisting with ad-hoc technical accountingquestions from different global finance personnel, and prepare technicalmemos Account for areas within the Financial Reporting team which couldinclude goodwill and intangible assets, business combinations, andshare-based compensation Research and implementation of new accountingstandards Promote finance process improvements Complete special projectsand analyses as requested by management The Essentials - You Will Have:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Legal...For full info follow application link.
