JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Summary: Employee Benefits Corporation ishiring for an Enrollment Specialist I. The Enrollment Specialist I isresponsible for the system set-up of specified client products and theongoing administration, maintenance, and termination of participantaccounts. This position is also responsible for managing administrativeactivities related to the Benefits Card on the participant dividuals in this role interact and collaborate across several areasof the organization on a regular basis. This person may work in ourMiddleton, WI office, be fully remote (WI locations only), or acombination of the two, depending on availability. ResponsibilitiesInclude: Manage and maintain updates to participant accounts includingenrollment, renewal, termination, leave of absence and permittedelection changes as well as Benefits Card account maintenance ProcessHealth Savings Account customer identification program (CIP)documentation, account closures, account transfers and other associatedupdates Update participant accounts from data received througheligibility files and manage any account variances. Coordinate contactto clients as needed to obtain information to resolve any discrepancies.Process manual client renewals for all product offerings Save feeamendment documents in the appropriate drive Update client demographicinformation Complete system data entry for new POP, COBRA, andCompliance Services clients Manage, triage, and assign enrollmentrelated workflow (to include but not limited to data file feeds, helpdesk inquiries and tasks) in accordance with departmental expectationsand standards Respond to incoming inquiries and tasks from otherdepartments in a timely, customer centric and professional mannerMaintain and proactively manage CRM database, documenting eachinteraction and action item in a timely, compliant manner and inadherence with departmental standards Qualifications: Associate degreein Business or related field; may be substituted with two years ofrelevant work experience Minimum one year experience in an enrollment oradministrative position supporting internal and external customers in aprofessional office environment Demonstrated effective verbal andwritten communication skills, utilizing proper grammar, syntax andexcellent business acumen Strong attention to detail Strongorganizational and time management skills with proven ability tomulti-task in a high paced environment Self-motivated and able toresolve issues independently Demonstrated ability to work bothindependently and collaboratively Computer proficiency in Windows-basedapplications along with a demonstrated ability to learn new softwareprograms Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and OutlookPreferred Qualifications: Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft ExcelPrevious experience in Benefits Administration, working...
