CI Training Tools Specialist

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented andstrategicGlobal Business Systems Training & Tools Specialist to supportenterprise-wide simplification and transformation initiatives. This rolewill be responsible for curating consistent value stream maps (VSMs),capturing outputs from Kaizen events, and maintaining a centralizedbusiness systems repository. The ideal candidate will partnercross-functionally, especially with IT, to identify scalable solutionsthat drive efficiency and reduce waste. Key Responsibilities: ValueStream Mapping & Documentation Curate and maintain consistent VSMsacross functions to identify waste, scale opportunities, and resourceneeds. Prioritize efforts using a structured impact model (e.g., P&Lsize or Resources O Waste = Potential Impact). Capture outputs fromKaizen events and ensure documentation is standardized and accessible.Future-State Design & Repository Management Define and document futureand end-state value streams aligned with enterprise goals.
