In the role of a Physicianand APP Recruiter Senior you will be working in our Human ResourcesDepartment. Summary As a Physician & APP Recruiter Sr., you willdevelop, implement, and assess recruitment strategies for physicians,faculty, and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to meet theinstitution's needs and attract highly qualified candidates. You willcoordinate recruitment activities by building effective relationshipsand efficiently managing multiple requisitions. Additionally, you willestablish strong connections with departmental and organizationalleaders, ensuring service excellence for all stakeholders. All remotework must be performed within one of the MCW registered payroll states,which currently includes: WI, AZ, FL, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, TN,TX,and UT. Primary Responsibilities Recruit qualified physicians, faculty,and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs): Develop and execute complexrecruitment plans with minimal supervision, ensuring efficient expensemanagement, resource allocation, and accurate records management.Coordinate comprehensive recruitment strategies: Partner withstakeholders to create recruitment strategy planning that will ensure anadequate supply of physicians, faculty, and APPs to meet institutionaland medical staff needs, while continuously improving processes andprocedures. Assess recruitment needs and strategies: Evaluate bothimmediate and long-term needs, and measure the effectiveness ofstrategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified Physician & APPcandidates. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated ontrends, salary benchmarks, and competitive recruitment practices.Evaluate and recommend improvements: Enhance sourcing and marketingcampaigns to attract candidates through various channels, includingdirect mail, phone, and online communication. Technology Utilization:Leverage recruitment software and tools to streamline processes andimprove efficiency. Discern quality and utilization of candidateresources: Analyze the return on investment (ROI) of internet inquiries,referrals, databases, professional networks, consultants, and otherresources to generate leads and refine recruitment strategies.
