Global Logistics Load Factor Analyst

Our client, a global manufacturer and distributor of industrial products and solutions, is seeking a Global Logistics Load Factor Analyst to join their team, in Maplewood, MN. As a Global Logistics Load Factor Analyst, you will be part of the logistics department supporting global operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Global Logistics Load Factor AnalystLocation: Maplewood, MN (Hybrid schedule: 3-4 times per week onsite, flexible around core hours)Pay Range: $48/HR + BenefitsContract Duration: 12-Months W2 Contract, potential to extend and/or hire on perm. (NO C2C)Job Function: Monitor and improve the tracking of Load Factor metrics such as Cube Utilization (CVU%) and Weight Utilization (WU%) across all transportation modes and regions. Maintain and expand the Load Factor performance tool to new regions and processes, delivering insights at strategic, tactical, and operational levels. Automate and standardize Load Factor indicators for use in global scorecards and dashboards. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align Load Factor strategies with business goals such as cost efficiency and sustainability. Ensure consistency, reliability, and quality of Load Factor data from multiple systems and sources.Required Qualifications: Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
