Industry: ICT, Telecommunications & Information Technology Type: Full-time | Remote Overview: Our international client is seeking a highly skilled IT Engineerto provide advanced technical support and IT solutions. The ideal candidate has expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, Microsoft 365, systems administration, and is committed to delivering high-quality remote support and exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities: Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for international clients. Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 and Windows Server/Desktop environments. Lead Microsoft 365 and server migrations. Perform system architecture and capacity planning Assist with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), backup solutions, and disaster recovery. Manage Active Directory (user accounts, permissions, and policies). Diagnose and resolve network issues (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls). Maintain client systems, perform updates, and monitor performance. Document technical activities and escalate complex issues when required. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT support or similar roles. Experience in an MSP or ICT environment. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows 10/11 & Server, and network administration. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and client service skills. Preferred Skills & Certifications: Experience with RMM tools, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and backup/recovery solutions. Certifications such as CompTIA A+/N+, Microsoft 365 Certified, or equivalent. Key Attributes: Professional, self-motivated, and solution-oriented. Strong organizational and time management skills. Comfortable working independently in a remote setup. Passionate about technology and continuous improvement.
