Spring 2026 Intern - Customer Success

The Customer Success Intern supports the Customer Success team by providing excellent service, document setup, and collaboration. You will create, implement, and tag customer documents using Wdesk to meet their document setup needs, ensuring accuracy before filing deadlines.What You'll DoCreate and implement customer documents using industry-leading softwareCollaborate with internal, cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and FinanceApply XBRL tagging information to financial statements and statement footnotesTie-out XBRL tagging information within financial statements and statement footnotes to ensure accuracy prior to filing deadlineProvide exceptional customer service to internal and external customersWhat You'll NeedMinimum QualificationsCurrently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in business or a similar programPreferred QualificationsStrong communication and leadership skills demonstrated through leadership positions in community, school, or other programsProfessional, outgoing, energetic personality with excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and take initiativeAttention to detail and follow-through are requiredTechnically savvy and demonstrate a high level of competency using Excel, Word, Google Docs, etcExperience using Excel, Word, Google Docs, and similar word processing programsTravel Requirements & Working ConditionsReliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva officeMinimal travelSponsorship RequirementsMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.When can you expect to hear back?Check out our tentative timeline below to see when you can expect to hear from us!Interviews: Early to mid OctoberOffers: Mid - late October2026 Start Dates:This position has opportunities to start in the Spring.
