As a Lead Pre-Kindergarten Teacher, you will: Prepare our Pre-Kindergarteners for the structured learning environment of a Kindergarten classroom through guided instruction and child-led exploration. Build lesson plans that support our STREAM-based curriculum. Create relationships with parents and provide support through daily interactions and communication. Uphold the rules and regulations of Lightbridge Academy and governmental regulatory agencies about children's care, health, and safety. Coach and mentor assistant teachers to develop a strong classroom teaching team.
