If you have experience in roofing, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety, we invite you to apply.Job Description:As an experienced roofer, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of various types of roofing systems.Responsibilities:Installation: Install various types of roofing materials including asphalt shingles, metal roofing, flat roofing systems, and other materials according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications.Repair: Identify and repair leaks, damaged shingles, and other roofing issues efficiently and effectively.Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning gutters, replacing worn-out components, and inspecting roofs for potential issues.Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and to the highest quality standards.Customer Service: Interact with customers professionally and address any concerns or questions they may have regarding their roofing needs.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial roofing.Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of various roofing materials, installation techniques, and repair methods. Basic knowledge of rise, run, slope, span, and pitch.Skills: Proficient in using roofing tools and equipment such as nail guns, shingle cutters, and safety harnesses.Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy materials and working at heights.
