Clerical/ Special Order Receiving- Calverton A DistributionJob DescriptionResponsibilities include Answering phones, taking messagesAssist salespeople with filing and checking the status of ordersReceiving and billing special orders, receiving and billing transfers, finalizing transfers, billing and manifesting orders, ordering stock materials, calling customers to advise of backorders or that their material is in.Ensure that all vendor returns are picked up by vendor.Set up and maintain RTV’s (return to vendor) in the PO thru completion. Work with sales team and purchasing department as needed to complete day to day responsibilities.Responsible for appearance of work area.
