Job Description

As part of the Retail department and under the direction of the Senior Coordinator - Retail Operations, the Sales Associate is responsible for selling retail merchandise to fans in accordance with the Brewers Team Store customer service standards in all retail store locations and/or kiosk locations. Responsibilities consist of cashiering, customer service and other retail needs.Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Exhibit excellent customer service utilizing Brewers Team Store CREW serviceConnectRespectEngageWowMaintain sales floor zones to Brewers Team Store visual and merchandising standardsRoutinely stock merchandise and face items on shelves Monitor fitting rooms in select locations, return merchandise to sales floorAnswer the phone and assist fans placing over the phone ordersEfficiently process sales utilizing retail point-of-sale systemAccurately scan merchandise, Accept payment, Bag merchandiseSet aside and notify supervisor of defective, mismarked, mislabeled, shopworn, or damaged items Watch for and recognize security risks and report to managementMaintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout all retail locations/kiosksFollow Brewers Team Store policies and proceduresThe ideal candidate will have:Excellent customer service skills; ability to adhere to Brewers Team Store service standardsGood communication skills; ability to communicate with guests and co-workersAttention to detailAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and as a team memberWillingness to work at any location as assignedCapable of following job guidelines and supervisors' instructionsRetail sales experience preferred but not requiredPrior experience working with point of sale (POS) system preferredWork Hours This is a part-time, in-season (April-October) position that requires availability on weekdays, weekends and holidays depending on the game schedule. Shifts range from morning to evening and typically start 3-4 hours prior to game time, concluding once the game has ended and closing tasks have been completed.
