Job Description

Kimley-Horn is looking for an Information Technology (IT) Analyst to join our Orange, California (CA) office! This is an in-office position.In this role, you will collaborate with both local and region-wide IT teams to deliver support to several offices including client sites. The selected candidate responsibilities will include the daily IT support of the local office and providing IT helpdesk support to end-users across the region/firm.Provide support on our corporate IT HelpdeskInstall new printers/copiers/plotters and other office equipmentInstall and support enterprise applicationsPerform data maintenance and data archivingAssist with office moves/expansionsMonitor and maintain systemsInterface with clients internally and externally and provide guidance to contractorsProgram switches, devices, and radiosPull information from traffic signal controllersQualified candidates should have a passion for technology, a business mindset, a customer service-oriented attitude, strong communication skills, a willingness to work with others and the ability to travel. The successful candidate will be able to prioritize, troubleshoot/resolve problems and follow-through with internal clients.Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Information Technology/Systems; Computer Science or related field2+ years of experienceCCNA, CCNP certifications preferredKnowledge of Windows 11, Office 365, Co-Pilot, Teams and OneDrive for business, Exchange 365, Windows Server 2022, Active Directory, Networking basic fundamentalKnowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016 printing and file level NTFS permissionsAbility to understand Windows 11 and configure and troubleshoot PC level problemsAbility to understand basic Windows Active Directory; user accounts and security groupsStrong communication, written, and customer service skillsHigh aptitude and willingness to learn new technologiesA self-starter that can work with minimal supervision; highly organizedTravel (driving) to other offices and client sites within the region as neededSalary Range: $75,000-$85,000At Kimley-Horn, we do things differently.
