NetImpact Strategies, Inc. is seeking to hire a Video Telecommunication Specialist to support a Federal agency. This role is located 100% onsite in Fort Sam Houston, TX.Candidate must be eligible for a Public Trust Clearance.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform video capturing and transfer video to a media streaming server.Troubleshoot VTC and conference room equipment and execute repairs or initiate support tickets for components external to the VTC system.Conduct routine performance testing to ensure VTC and other conference room equipment, servers, and workstations operate optimally.Resolve system operational issues through troubleshooting and fault isolation.Schedule and manage Audio/Video (AV)/VTC sessions, coordinate reservations and scheduling with external agencies for executive-level users.Set up, test, adjust, operate, and shut down equipment in support of AV/VTC sessions.Provide consulting and training to clients on AV/VTC equipment control, interfaces, and usage.Act as equipment custodian and perform asset management and accountability functions for AV/VTC systems.Assist in designing and engineering conference, classroom, and training room setups, providing recommendations based on user needs.Maintain and oversee the maintenance of digital and analog AV equipment, ensuring proper functionality and performing inventory management.Required Qualifications and CertificationsFour (4) year of experience demonstrating the required proficiencyBachelor’s degree and/or equivalency Candidate must be eligible for a Public Trust Clearance.IAT II certification (CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, Security+CE, SSCP, CySA+ ) as per DoD 8570.01-M standards.CE: Associate (professional preferred) level certificate for supported technologyAbility to work 100% onsite in Fort Sam Houston, TX.Preferred Qualifications and CertificationsPrevious Federal Consulting Experience.Associate or professional-level certification in relevant AV/VTC technologies.Additional certifications in AV system management or video conferencing technologies are a plus.#LI-OnsitePerks of working at NetImpact StrategiesYour health comes first - we offer comprehensive medical, dental, & vision insurance that starts the first of the month after you join the teamInvest in your future - 401(k) Plan - Immediately vested employer contributions; no matching requiredWork hard, play hard - we offer a generous Paid Time Off (PTO) policy, one (1) additional day of paid wellness leave per calendar year, and observeten (10) federal holidaysPawsitively pawesome - Pet Insurance (because our little critters are part of our families, too!)Invest in your education - Tuition reimbursement, internal training programs, & company-sponsored industry certifications!Be part of a dynamic and collaborative work environment recently ranked by The Washington Post as a Top Work Place in 2019, 2021,2022, 2023, & 2024!Have fun and celebrate and give back - Team building activities, community volunteering, quarterly HQ days, wellness events, happy hours, family fun events, and more!ABOUT USNetImpact Strategies Inc.
