This is the heartbeat of our organization and your time will be spent in a supportive, team environment with resources to help you flourish and leaders who care about your success.Perform all preventative maintenance and repairs necessary for regulatory compliance, quality patient care, staff and safety in the assigned areas.In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:High School Diploma/G.E.D. requiredQuality Improvement ProcessDemonstrate experience (1-2 yrs) and proficiency in the following areas: Maintenance plumbing; Maintenance Electrical; Carpentry; General equipment repair; Troubleshooting: fire alarm and safety stytemsWorking knowledge of NFPA, Joint Commission, and OSHA standards for healthcare facilities (desirable)Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams (desirable)Current of previous licensure (jurneyman, plumber, electrician), desirablePhysical Requirements - Sedentary work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10 lbs. force occasionally.
