Description We are looking for a highly skilled Paralegal to join our team in Dublin, Ohio. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals who excel in legal drafting and document management. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in case management software and a proactive approach to supporting litigation processes. Responsibilities: u2022 Draft and file legal documents with precision and adherence to deadlines. u2022 Utilize case management software, such as Filevine, to organize and track case details efficiently. u2022 Assist with discovery processes, including document review and preparation. u2022 Collaborate with attorneys to prepare for trials, ensuring all necessary materials are ready. u2022 Maintain accurate and organized case files to support smooth litigation workflows. u2022 Research legal precedents and compile findings to support case strategies. u2022 Coordinate with clients and legal teams to ensure effective communication and case updates. u2022 Leverage modern legal technology platforms, such as Eve AI, to enhance productivity. u2022 Monitor court deadlines and ensure compliance with filing requirements. u2022 Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling and correspondence. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in legal drafting and document filing. u2022 Proficiency in case management software, with Filevine experience preferred. u2022 Knowledge of discovery processes and civil litigation procedures. u2022 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. u2022 Familiarity with trial preparation and litigation support. u2022 Ability to adapt to new legal technologies, such as Eve AI. u2022 Excellent communication and coordination abilities. u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in legal studies or a related field is preferred.
