Description We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Granville, Ohio. In this role, you will oversee the recruitment process, ensuring that the best talent is sourced and onboarded effectively. This position offers an opportunity to work across multiple departments and engage in all aspects of full-cycle recruitment. Responsibilities: u2022 Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to final onboarding. u2022 Create, post, and manage job listings to attract professionals with relevant experience. u2022 Track and manage requisitions using applicant tracking systems to ensure all hiring needs are met. u2022 Conduct compensation analyses to support competitive hiring practices. u2022 Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. u2022 Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand departmental staffing needs. u2022 Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. u2022 Handle high-volume recruitment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. u2022 Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress and metrics. u2022 Ensure compliance with all hiring regulations and company policies. Requirements u2022 At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting. u2022 Proficiency in sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of roles. u2022 Strong background in corporate recruiting, including high-volume hiring. u2022 Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools. u2022 Excellent organizational and communication skills. u2022 Ability to analyze compensation data to ensure competitive offers. u2022 Experience working collaboratively across multiple departments. u2022 Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
