Minimum Qualifications: + Education: High school Graduate or 1-year equivalent experience with commercial production food service. + u00b7 Must have basic math skills to, including addition, subtraction, and simple multiplication. + u00b7 Must know how to read, write, and speak English. + u00b7 Licensure / Certification: Food handlersu2019 certification within 6 months of hire + u00b7 Experience: Relevant work experience in a hospital setting, large institution or Commercial kitchen preferred + u00b7 Effective Communication Skills and customer service skills + u00b7 Knowledge of large quantity standards of cooking preferred + u00b7 Knowledge of food preparation by recipe preferred + u00b7 Ability to complete assignments under direct supervision. + u00b7 The ability to work independently as a part of a team. Strong attention to detail and good organization skills. + u00b7 Must be compatible with others and work well in a service situation with many different people. + u00b7 Must have a clean and neat appearance.
