Job Description The primary purpose of this position is to acquire artifact-free polysomnographic recordings that can be interpreted by a physician. This technologist will also educate patients on possible disorders and treatments. After each study, the technologist will compile a report summarizing the sequence of events during the sleep study. The technologist will intervene during the recording if needed, to correct technical problems or assist the patient.
