Requirements u2022 At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume call center, preferably within the banking industry. u2022 Proficiency in computer applications, CRM software, and call center systems. u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills. u2022 Ability to remain calm and efficient in stressful situations with high call volumes. u2022 Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills. u2022 Demonstrated patience, empathy, and active listening capabilities. u2022 Familiarity with banking products, services, and processes is a significant advantage. u2022 Reliable attendance and a commitment to maintaining a consistent schedule.
