Data Entry Clerk

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Wayne, Pennsylvania. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to critical data management tasks while collaborating in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will excel in maintaining accurate records, supporting internal processes, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. Responsibilities: u2022 Accurately input and update data in various systems, ensuring consistency and precision. u2022 Monitor inventory levels and track shipments to support order fulfillment processes. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to gather, share, and update pricing and product information. u2022 Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. u2022 Maintain and update records to ensure all data is current and easily accessible. u2022 Provide administrative support for cross-departmental communication and coordination. u2022 Update and support the sales team with scheduling, materials, and system updates. u2022 Utilize software tools such as Excel, Salesforce, and Power BI to generate reports and manage data effectively. u2022 Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all data entry tasks. u2022 Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to project goals. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in data entry, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups. u2022 Familiarity with Salesforce and Power BI for reporting and data management. u2022 Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. u2022 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. u2022 Excellent communication skills to support cross-departmental interactions. u2022 Knowledge of inventory tracking and order fulfillment processes is a plus. u2022 Willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing as required.
