The ideal Financial Analyst candidate will bring a strong background in financial analysis and data evaluation, paired with a personable and detail-oriented approach. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to key financial processes, including book closures and variance analysis, while working in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: + Perform comprehensive financial analysis to support business decision-making and strategic planning. + Prepare and analyze financial models to evaluate company performance and forecast future trends. + Assist in the accurate and timely closing of financial books for the organization. + Utilize QuickBooks for accounting and financial management tasks. + Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures while maintaining accurate records. + Support the preparation of financial reports and presentations for stakeholders. + Analyze and interpret data to drive actionable insights and optimize financial performance. Requirements The ideal Financial Analyst candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education.
