Description Our client in Connellsville, PA is seeking a dynamic experienced Recruiter to assist with staffing our growing team. This opportunity has potential to be contract to hire for the right candidate. Hours: 8AM - 5PM. (could attend career fairs that are later hours). Hybrid flexibility. Pay depending on experience: $24 -$28. u2022 Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles. u2022 Create and post job descriptions, promote the company's brand, and ensure that the organization is presented attractively to potential candidates. u2022 Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various platforms, including Linked in, job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and attract potential candidates. u2022 Conducting Interviews: Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization. u2022 Coordinating the Hiring process: Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, facilitating communication between candidates and hiring managers and providing feedback. u2022 Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. u2022 Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. u2022 Provide feedback and reporting on recruiting metrics and progress. Requirements u2022 3-4 years proven work experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency). u2022 Strong verbal and written communication skills. u2022 High level of confidentiality and professionalism. u2022 Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. u2022 Proficient in sourcing techniques, including job boards, and networking events. u2022 Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously. u2022 Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, with a strong track record of success. u2022 Familiarity with corporate recruiting practices and strategies. u2022 Expertise in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. u2022 Proficiency in conducting structured and behavioral interviews. u2022 Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. u2022 Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
