Description Our Legal Perm group located in Philadelphia is actively seeking an experienced Transactional Partner to join our boutique law firm client in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, in Greater Philadelphia (Montgomery County). This role is ideal for a senior legal expert attorney or a small group of lawyers / associates with a strong, portable book of business focused on mid-market clients. The firm offers a collaborative environment, modern tools, and opportunities for cross-referrals within its litigation team. The role can be hybrid and make use of the office, or fully remote. Compensation will align with experience and the book of business. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage and expand a transactional law practice while integrating your existing client base into the firm. u2022 Oversee client transition processes to ensure smooth consents and onboarding. u2022 Collaborate with litigators to identify and address disputes arising from transactional matters. u2022 Utilize advanced cloud-based systems to streamline client intake and improve operational efficiency. u2022 Develop strategies to enhance business growth and maintain high realization rates. u2022 Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-market clients, ensuring their legal needs are met. u2022 Contribute to the firm's marketing initiatives to attract new clients and expand your practice. u2022 Participate in succession planning and explore phased roles or earn-out structures offered by the firm. Requirements u2022 Licensed attorney with admission to the Pennsylvania state bar. u2022 Proven track record of a portable, recurring book of business catering to mid-market clients. u2022 Expertise in transactional law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and real estate transactions. u2022 Ability to work effectively with partner-level billing rates. u2022 Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to client and team interactions. u2022 Familiarity with cloud-based legal systems and tools. u2022 Experience managing business partnerships, incorporations, and dissolutions. u2022 Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services tailored to client needs.
