Now Hiring Weekend Printing Press Operator in York, PA Friday, Saturday and Sunday 12 hour AM Shift Train on 1st Monday to Thursday Job Description: We are seeking dedicated Press Operators/Machine Operators to join our weekend shift team. If you have experience in direct printing, this is an excellent opportunity to leverage your skills and potentially earn more. The role involves operating press machine. Responsibilities + Operate the press machine efficiently and safely. + Load parts, set measurements, and initiate the press process. + Inspect parts for quality and ensure all products meet required standards. + Prep finished products and place them on pallets for shipping. + Maintain organization by tracking work orders on paper. + Drive a pull truck or 'carpet puller' if needed. + Perform quality checks and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately. Essential Skills + 5+ years of experience in manufacturing and machine operation. + Ability to operate a sit-down forklift. + Mechanically inclined with experience in assembly and color matching. + Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Printing experience is desired but not required. Why Work Here? Training occurs Monday through Thursday The facility has a $2 shift differential for weekend roles and scheduled overtime. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
