Job Title: Concrete Construction Worker Responsibilities + Build and set forms for commercial concrete flatwork projects. + Ensure accurate measurements and high-quality concrete placement. + Lead a crew performing commercial concrete flatwork. + Maintain quality, safety, and efficiency on job sites. + Read and interpret blueprints and project plans. + Utilize hand and power tools effectively. Essential Skills + Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial concrete flatwork. + Proven ability to lead small crews and delegate tasks. + Strong understanding of concrete finishing techniques and equipment. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans. + Physical ability to perform strenuous tasks and work outdoors in varying conditions. + Valid driveru2019s license and reliable transportation. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with hand and power tools. + Proficiency in using a tape measure and carpentry skills. + Ability to handle materials and perform loading tasks.
