IMMEDIATELY HIRING FOR MACHINE OPERATORS IN DELMONT PA Job Description We are seeking dedicated Machine Operators for a dynamic manufacturing environment, available for all three shifts: 8-4, 4-12, and 12-8. Operators will work five days a week, including mandatory weekends, with a day off during the week. Initially, roles operate Monday through Friday but will transition to include one weekend day. Responsibilities + Perform tool changes and die cleaning as needed. + Grade own rejects and ensure profiles are properly stacked or packaged. + Verify piece counts for carts and boxes. + Monitor extrusion rate and profile configuration. + Maintain a supply of compound staged at the machine. + Assist in moving carts when necessary. + Clean and refinish used tooling for reuse or repair. Essential Skills + Strong attendance record. + Mechanically inclined with industrial or manufacturing experience preferred. + Ability to work on feet for entire shift and adapt to multiple shift times. + Effective verbal and written communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + High school diploma or GED preferred but not required. + Ability to read, write, and understand English. + Basic math skills and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Work Environment Work in an enclosed manufacturing facility that is hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Heaters are provided during winter months, but the facility is not climate controlled. The facility operates 24/7, with shifts covering 8-4, 4-12, and 12-8. Breaks are managed by coordinating with a supervisor to cover the lines. The environment is clean and typical for manufacturing settings. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jeannette, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
