As a Product Owner III within PNC's Balance Sheet Analytics & Modeling Customer Data Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH or Chicago, IL. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Job Responsibilities: Meet with customers to gather requirements Document overall business requirements for MDM/DOR/EDS technologies: MDM/DOR Data Storage requirements EDS/CQRS API Create, Maintain and Retrieval requirements KAFKA Data Sync and Business Event requirements EDS Batch Ingestion Framework requirements Expected System Behaviors (Data Validations & Controls, Survivorship & Restriction Frameworks, Party Merge, Derivations, Data Retention, History, Error Logging) Present business requirements to cross-program, collaborative delivery group - Implementation/Agile Responsibilities - Manage the requirements backlog - Participate in Agile ceremonies u2013 sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demo reviews/approvals, refinement, etc. - Documentation & Approvals of PNC Change Methodology requirements in Clarizen & Change Navigator (e.g., Business Solutions Doc, Review/Approval of Testing Documentation) Preferred Skills and Experience: u2022 Strong technical acumen including understanding of API Integrations, Batch File Ingestion, and Kafka Data Services u2022 Familiarity with Customer Data Management and Data Quality practices u2022 Jira, Confluence, Change Navigator, Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, Microsoft PowerPoint u2022 Advanced communication skills with ability to process complex technical design discussions and translate to business-friendly documentation and presentations u2022 Confidence in presenting technical requirements to an audience that ranges from business leaders to technology design and development experts u2022 Comfort in receiving live questions of a technical and/or business process nature, and responding to such questions with acquired expertise and/or providing necessary follow-up actions and communications to deliver accurate answers u2022 Exceptional organizational skills and experience working with multiple Agile crews simultaneously u2022 Experience with Change @PNC Methodology requirements, including Change Navigator administration, an understanding of the project lifecycle, experience writing strong business requirements and acceptance criteria in JIRA, and awareness of 1LOD and 2LOD risk management engagement guidelines PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. Job Description + Owns the vision and definition of the product. Serves as the voice of the Customer. Ensures the Scrum Team(s) effort is concentrated on the right priorities based on business value. + Defines and conveys the vision to the team(s) in order to address client requirements to ensure a successful product for business objectives. + Accountable for the creation of and the integrity of the product backlog. Prioritizes and leads grooming of the product backlog. + Works closely with the Scrum Master(s) and development team(s), to ensure the right items are focused on during the development process. Education Bachelors Certifications No Required Certification(s) Licenses No Required License(s) Pay Transparency Base Salary: $65,000.00 u2013 $121,000.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
