Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. The role involves performing technical QA tasks and ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our products. You will be responsible for conducting visual inspections and accurately documenting quality attributes using various equipment. Responsibilities + Perform visual inspections for foreign material, blemishes, or mold. + Accurate documentation of quality attributes such as size, color, brix, and defects. + Utilize equipment including thermometers, refractometers, calipers, and metal detector interfaces. + Complete checklists, swabbing, and line pre-operation inspections. Essential Skills + Proficiency in quality assurance and quality control processes. + Experience with inspection, sampling, and testing procedures. + Strong documentation and traceability skills. + Excellent communication and reporting abilities. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to follow sampling protocols for retained samples and pathogen testing. + Knowledge of sample preparation and labeling for lab analysis. + Familiarity with QA logs, batch records, lot traceability, and hold/release tags. + Digital entry proficiency using Excel, Google Sheets, or internal QA systems. + Capability to communicate non-conformance issues clearly to the production or QA supervisor. + Ability to assist with hold/reject processes and rework. Shift options include Day Shift Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30 AM or Swing Shift Monday - Friday 3:00PM - 11:30PM Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Royal City, WA.
