For a deeply meaningful career, join this leading organization known for its innovation, expertise, and employee care.FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: 8 hour shiftsPosition SummaryThe Involuntary Treatment (IT) Court Facilitator works in collaboration with physicians and nursing staff to perform clinical assessments and evaluations of patients admitted on a civil commitment system-wide for involuntary detention to a psychiatric facility. The IT Court Facilitator provides testimony and writes petitions recommending Restrictive Treatment for patients admitted on: initial detention orders and revocations of restrictive orders in compliance with the King County Superior Court rules.RequirementsMaster's degree in Psychology, Social Work or Nursing requiredLicensed as a psychologist, advanced registered nurse practitioner, LMHCA, LMHC, LICSW in the State of WashingtonMinimum five (5) years recent experience working with acutely ill psychiatric patients specifically involving evaluation of psychiatric safety, level of function, psychiatric diagnoses and medicationsMinimum three (3) years recent experience working in a hospital settingDriver license/AbstractPay and Benefit ExpectationsWe provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $93,954.00 - $135,221.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
