As an LPN at MultiCare you will work in collaboration with your team ensure the best possible outcomes and patient experiences.ResponsibilitiesYou will provide age-appropriate care utilizing nursing education and knowledge of normal states of growth, development, and agingYou will deliver and execute upon daily routine care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups utilizing your strong interpersonal skillsYou will assist the Registered Nurse or care team in implementing the nursing processRequirementsGraduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse programCurrent Licensed Practical Nurse in Washington State or Multistate license endorsement (MLS)Current BLS certificationLicense to pass medications may be requiredPrevious LPN experience in an acute care setting within the last three (3) years preferredExperience in assigned specialty, or successful completion of a specialty focused residency post hireSuccessful completion of appropriate competencies for assigned specialtyOur ValuesAs a MultiCare employee, we'll rely on you to reflect our core values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration, Kindness and Joy.
