In this dynamic role you will apply sharp organization and coordination skills along with effective leadership and delegation in your daily work functions.ResponsibilitiesYou will oversee the maintenance and repair work on all building systemsYou will oversee the maintenance and repair work on all interior and exterior building finishesYou will review, approve, and obtain managers approval and signature for shop work orders and invoicesYou will oversee and develop maintenance shop departmental policies and standard operating proceduresYou will insure compliance to department's SOP'sRequirementsAssociate's degree or 2 years of experience in lieu of degree will be consideredFour (4) years of experience in hospital maintenance, operations, mechanical, and electrical systemsPrevious experience and demonstrated skills in a supervisory or lead capacityOur ValuesAs a MultiCare employee, we'll rely on you to reflect our core values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration and Kindness.
