Job Description Summary: Site Planning / Scheduling Job Responsibilities: u2022 Develop and oversee the implementation of detailed project plans, including timelines, and resource requirements, for large-scale datacenter construction projects. u2022 Manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, procurement, and construction to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time. u2022 Monitor project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues. u2022 Work with clients to understand their needs and ensure project outcomes meet their expectations. u2022 Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. u2022 Continuously improve project management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness. u2022 Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that each project meets its objectives and is delivered on time. u2022 Develop and implement project management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness. u2022 Provide regular project updates to senior management and other stakeholders. u2022 Facilitate IPSu2019s (Interactive Planning Sessions) for the project with discipline leads, vendors and client inputs u2022 Establish the project critical path and continue to analyze and report throughout the project u2022 Comply with relevant Owner policies and procedures and work within legal and regulatory frameworks. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: Skills and Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field AND 4+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis u2022 5+ years of experience as a planner and/or scheduler utilizing scheduling software P6 or MS Project. u2022 Proven track record of delivering large-scale datacenter construction projects on time and to the satisfaction of clients. u2022 Excellent understanding of Project Planning, Earned Value Management and Key Commodity Tracking. u2022 Ability to analyze EPC plans/schedule and provide deep insights into trends, issues, mitigations. u2022 Good verbal, written communication skills, u2022 Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. u2022 Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work. u2022 Experience in managing teams and working collaboratively with cross-functional groups. u2022 Familiarity with Critical Path Methodology (CPM) scheduling methodology. u2022 Ability to present data from detailed to high-level depending on audience. u2022 Experience with Data Center construction programs.
