Responsibilities + Manage procurement, purchasing, and supply chain coordination. + Track project financials and support budget adherence. + Coordinate logistics and vendor communication to ensure timely material delivery. + Assist with RFIs, submittals, and schedule tracking using tools like P6 or MS Project. + Interpret shop drawings and support construction sequencing. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. + Support project managers and field teams with technical documentation and reporting. Essential Skills + Bacheloru2019s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent field experience. + 2u20135 years of experience in construction or manufacturing environments. + Proficiency in Navisworks, Bluebeam, Excel, and scheduling tools (P6 or MS Project). + Strong understanding of construction processes, including steel, heavy equipment, and general sequencing. + Experience with purchasing coordination and material logistics. Work Environment Work will be conducted at various project sites in Eastern WA, potentially including locations such as Umatilla, Quincy, and Boardman. You will be joining a fast-growing team with one of the largest mechanical contractors in the Pacific Northwest to support large data-center projects.
