DescriptionSchedule : Monday-Friday, Day shiftUnder the direction of the PCA Coordinator, assists participants in maintaining an environment consistent with their needs. Assists participants in their mobility exercises to help them be more independent for their activities and to maintain their current level of functioning. Provides care in a manner that assures participant satisfaction and retention.Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more.
