DescriptionThe Patient Services Representative- Pharmacotherapy Clinic (PSR- PTC) primary function includes the following: checking in patients, triaging patient telephone calls to medical staff, scheduling patients, maintaining patient records and assembling patient charts, transcribing orders, and performing other designated clerical tasks essential for the smooth operation of the department.
