Executive Assistant - Foundation Admin

DescriptionThe Executive Assistant is responsible for providing a wide range of administrative, planning, and executive level support services of a confidential nature for the Chief Philanthropy Officer and Director of Philanthropy along with overall office management and administrative support. This position will also serve as the board liaison for the Providence Inland Northwest Foundation Board of Directors. The job requires the deepest and broadest depth and breadth of knowledge to accomplish assignments. The job assists the foundation team in meeting commitments across a broad range of goals, committees, and internal/external leadership groups.Providence caregivers are not simply valued - they're invaluable.
