DescriptionUnder the general direction of the Call Center Coordinator KC or appropriate Practice Administrator/Manager, provides telephone support to the clinics by answering patient calls; Accesses the Epic system; Creates in basket messages; and performs other duties as assigned.Providence caregivers are not simply valued - they're invaluable.
