Summary/General Description Of Job: The Incumbentu2019s primary duty and responsibility is to provide incidental engineering and manage the We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to safety standards while leading a team of warehouse staff. Essential Duties & Job Functions: u2022 Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse workers including receiving, storing, and shipping goods. u2022 Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy. u2022 Implement and enforce safety procedures and company policies. u2022 Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. u2022 Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff performance. u2022 Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. u2022 Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks as needed. u2022 Prepare reports on warehouse productivity, inventory, and staff performance. u2022 Attend meetings as required. u2022 Establish, foster, and maintain a positive, motivated, and productive staff. u2022 Goal oriented with a high level of integrity and accountability. u2022 Ability to multi-task, adhere to deadlines, and work both independently and cooperatively with union employees. u2022 Takes initiative, is a team player, and can adapt well to a changing environment. u2022 Strong verbal and written communication skills. Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations): Mandatory u2022 High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bacheloru2019s degree preferred. u2022 Proven experience in warehouse operations and team supervision. u2022 Strong leadership and communication skills. u2022 Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software. u2022 Ability to lift heavy items and work in a physically demanding environment. u2022 Forklift certification is a plus. u2022 US Citizen u2022 Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance Preferred u2022 Current Secret Security Clearance. The base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $102,000 . Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
